Sorors, It’s ALMOST time! The Red S.H.O.E challenge will officially begin tomorrow, November 1st. Are you REDy? What do we need to START, STOP and/or CONTINUE where our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and financial health are concerned? Together, let’s take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. We can do it!
· THINK of at least one habit you can pursue
· REVIEW the Stages of Change chart to determine where you are
· COMPLETE the personal inventory to get your thoughts flowing
· ASK a Soror to be your accountability partner
· TRACK your day to day progress on the challenge calendar
· JOIN the Challenge GroupMe to stay motivated throughout the month
